The quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers are at the heart of our concerns. Every day, we strive to meet our customers’ needs and improve our processes. Our ISO 9001 certification was renewed in June 2023.
CSR Commitments
From the outset, Elixance has placed CSR at the heart of its strategy and organization. On the strength of our values and aware of the challenges ahead, we felt it was important to make a formal commitment to the Responsible Care® approach, which takes account of the specific characteristics of the chemical industry, by signing the international charter in 2022.
Responsible Care Approach
Confirmed by France Chimie, our self-diagnosis enabled us to highlight our areas for improvement and to roll out our CSR roadmap
Our CSR policy, based on a collaborative diagnostic, can be deployed as of today. Our management system, based on the ISO 9001 standards, is enriched by the themes of Health, Safety, the Environment and Sustainable Development to form a responsible integrated system that enables us to respond, on a company-wide scale, to the social and environmental challenges we face.
Thanks to our voluntary Responsible Care® commitment, we are continuing to contribute to the sustainable development objectives defined by the UN, while giving confidence to our employees, partners and customers

QVCT Challenge (Quality of Life at Work)
We took part in the inter-company Quality of Life at Work Conditions challenge by presenting our muscular awakening project. It was a great opportunity to exchange ideas on good QWL practices in the workplace.
Safety
Day
The Safety Day programme includes fun workshops on health and safety in the workplace, providing a friendly opportunity to discuss risk prevention in the work environment.
Partnership with RCV (Rugby Club Vannes)
ELIXANCE sponsored the RCV-OYONNAX rugby match, an opportunity for the team to share a convivial moment by cheering on the players. This is also a way of supporting sporting events that boost local life.

Elixance has been a partner of the RCV for 5 years
Elixance’s passion for the oval-shaped ball began 5 years ago when the RCV moved up to Pro D2. The desire to move forward, dynamism and a spirit of conquest are all part of the Breton team’s strengths and are values shared within our company. For several years now, the RCV’s strength and ambition have thrilled us, as they did in their historic victory over Oyonnax.
Elixance has decided to renew and strengthen its partnership to help the club achieve its sporting objectives and continue developing. As part of our CSR approach, we are committed to supporting clubs and sporting events that give a boost to local life.
Elixance and RCV: Shared Values
Respect, team spirit, commitment, courage, sharing and conviviality are all values that form an integral part of the DNA of both RCV and Elixance. These values, applied in everyday life as well as in the professional sphere, allow each individual to prove themselves, to flourish and to find their place in the team in order to achieve common goals.
A different context, but common ground
We are an independent SME based in Brittany, a long way from Plastics Valley in Oyonnax, which is home to a large number of companies in the plastics sector. With agility and a fighting spirit, we’ve managed to grow and gain recognition in our sector. Just like the RCV, which started out small but has since grown to become Brittany’s leading pro D2 club. This year, the RCV is expanding with the arrival of Nick Abendanon, an experienced player. The Elixance team has also been restructured with the arrival of experienced employees to strengthen the current team. Driven by shared values and a passion for rugby. We are proud to support this club with which we have so much in common.
