ELIXANCE is an innovative company specializing in plastics processing and biocomposite materials. We develop sustainable alternatives to traditional plastics through our IR&D department, which designs innovative polymers and biopolymers.
As part of our growth, we are looking for a student on a bac+4/5 course in business development. This work-study program offers an opportunity to actively contribute to the marketing and sales development of innovative products.
Main tasks:
In collaboration with the operational manager, the sales team and the IR&D department, you will work on the following subjects:
- Business development:
Identify and approach potential new customers in strategic markets.
Developing a customer portfolio: making appointments and building customer loyalty.
Drawing up quotations and concluding contracts.
Participate in defining and deploying global sales strategy.
- Product marketing:
Promote IR&D solutions to prospects and customers.
Carry out prospecting and competitive intelligence activities.
Be a driving force in implementing marketing initiatives to add value to our polymer and biopolymer materials.
- Internal coordination:
Collaborate with the sales team, the IR&D team and the Operations Manager to ensure project feasibility and customer satisfaction.
Ensure regular reporting of activities and results to sales management.
Contribute to the implementation of new sales processes and tools.
Attend sales meetings.
Profile :
Student in final year of engineering or business school, ideally with a specialization in business development.
An interest in the industrial sector and in selling customized, sustainable solutions.
Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomous, rigorous and organized.
